Cancer of the esophagus is associated with difficulty in swallowing, stomach cancer is commonly associated with symptoms of dyspepsia commonly called as “acidity”. Large and small intestine cancers are associated with varying degree of discomfort and obstruction or anaemia. Liver, pancreas and gall bladder tumours present with abdominal pain , fullness and post meal pain. Bile duct, pancreatic head, ampullary and advanced gall bladder tumours present with jaundice.
