Gynaecological cancers affect young girls to elderly ladies, the most common of these cancers is carcinoma cervix which affects after a long pre-invasive phase. Most common symptom of carcinoma cervix is postmenopausal and contact bleed. Carcinoma endometrium and carcinoma ovary present with irregular bleeding per vaginum and abdominal distension respectively. Carcinoma endometrium is associated with obesity and hyperestrogenemic state in most, however, some may occur without this association. Carcinoma vagina is also related to carcinoma cervix in its etiology and presentation. Carcinoma vulva presents with ulcer and discharge from the wound, advanced cases may present with enlarged inguinal nodes and distant metastasis. Gestational trophoblastic disease presents with bleeding per vaginum, large uterus and elevated hCG levels.

Usual followup duration:
